How to make rainbow milk

Ingredients

• detergent
• 5 drops of red,yellow,blue,orange,green
• 200 mls of dark blue milk

Utensils:

• Plastic container
• Eye dropper

Step 1.

In your plastic container add your 200 mls of milk. Then with your 5 colors add 5 drops of each to the sides of the container.

Step 2.

Once you have added you 5 colors with your eyedropper slowly add the detergent and watch as the colors mix making patterns.

Step 3.

Keep adding detergent as it will start to split the fat molecules from the milk making it mix together like one colour.

Things you will need:
1 Thin card 
2 Thin sticks 
1 Scissors 
1 Sticky tape 
1 pencil 
1 bright torch 

What to do:

Step 1 On your thin piece of card trace or draw shapes or animals that you like.

Step 2 Cut out the shape of the animal using a pair of scissors be careful.

Step 3 Tape your puppet to the end of the stick.

Step 4 Hold your creation next to a wall.

Step 5 Shine the bright torch on the puppet and a bigger version of your puppet will apear  on the wall.

Evaluation:
After making your puppets, get a friend and ask them if they want to make a shadow puppet as well.
